The SP-series vacuum packaging systems solve the problems that many companies face as they go to great lengths wrapping and packaging boards. Labor input is high, damage can easily occur, and in most cases, packaging materials costs are both high and wasteful. The SP-series address this problem by using a durable polyethylene/bubble pack sandwich to immobilize panels and to remove air and moisture. Paper interleafs on bare boards can be eliminated and multiple stacks of boards can be packaged at the same time, enhancing productivity. Approximately 95% of the air and moisture are removed and the package is impervious after sealing.

The SP-2430 is our automated system and can package panels up to 22" x 28". Special features such as touch screen controls, selectable vacuum control, sliding vacuum table, and a 4 second heat-up time, make this unit the most consistent and efficient vacuum packaging system available.

The Mojave 24 is a low cost, high efficiency hot air dryer for panels up to 24 x 30 inches wide. The rollers are closely spaced so that even fabricated 2" x 3" rigid panels can be processed. Maintenance is minimal, and the warranty is 6 months. Since 1998, 26 Mojave 24's have shipped. The Mojave Mistral 24 uses one of the highest reliability blowers in the industry. One of the issues with low cost dryers has been that most use brush type blower motors, which require rebuilding after approximately 300 hours. Consuming less power, the Mistral 24 also generates less noise and has lifetimes measured in the many thousands of hours. The Mistral 24 comes with a machine base making this a free-standing unit.
