Our Design/Sales Staff has more than 60 years of combined experience in the specification, design, and application of a variety of equipment for the various surface finishing and electronics industries. Our sales engineers work cooperatively with the customer to design the process equipment, building layouts, chemical requirements and in meeting OSHA and EPA regulations.

 

Our Engineering/Production & Quality Control department has the overall project responsibility to interface with the Design/Sales staff and to meet customer specifications. All phases of mechanical and electrical engineering, fabrication, assembly, product testing and installation are effectively managed by this group.

 

Our Fabrication and Assembly departments are knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of plastic and metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, control panel assembly, wiring, plumbing, and ventilation work. Quality is built in and double checked during every step of the manufacturing process. Every effort is made to comply with the customer specifications, industry standards, the National Electrical Code and the Industrial Ventilation Handbook.

 

At JPS Technologies we prefer to use the same personnel who were involved with the design, fabrication, and assembly of the equipment to co-ordinate the installation at the customer’s plant. We use the skills and knowledge of the people who are most familiar with the equipment to help keep the installation time and cost to a minimum.

JPS Technologies maintains a strict safety and quality assurance program. All of our equipment is designed, engineered, built and tested to meet today’s requirements for high engineering standards and the standards of the plating industry. In our modern engineering and manufacturing plant we have several mechanical and electrical CAD stations configured to quickly implement project designs and to generate detail drawings for the shop. Our system and component part designs are all easy to understand, operate, and maintain. JPS Technologies equipment arrives at your plant in compact modules to facilitate efficient installation. On our production floor each unit is completely pre-assembled, test run and approved by our engineering staff prior to shipment.
